Disappointed in Google!!

I have been a google fan for years... until now. I had two cameras that I bought only a year or two ago (they aren't cheap) recently I tried to reset them up only to run into major issues. I contact support and I'm told that they are out of warranty and I have to buy new cameras!! Yea ok google that's what I want to do go throw another $1,000 in the trash! Google does not stand behind their own products it's horrible. I am now thinking about switching EVERYTHING all devices over to Amazon!

Which cameras do you have? Your post says "Nest Cam IQ" but they haven't been sold for years, and they do NOT get installed in the Google Home app", as indicated in your post.

What major issues are you having trying to reset them? Perhaps others in this forum have suggestions that might help you.
