Hi @CJ207,

 

I appreciate you taking the time to post in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having a distorted live video when you check your Nest Cameras using the app; don't worry, help is here.

To assist you better, I have some questions for you:

  • What is the exact model of the camera you are having this issue with?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Does it happen with another camera?

In the meantime, I suggest you try the following step: 

  • Unplug the camera from its power source, wait 30 seconds, and plug the camera back in.
