Purchased the battery doorbell last fall and was able to get it setup easily. We were a little disappointed in the battery life, but overall happy. After a few weeks of freezing temperatures it stopped charging. For the last 2 months I have tried just about any plug and cannot get it to power back on. Removed it from the home app and now can't try any warranty claim. Help if non-existent trying to go direct to Google. Paid for a year of the video backup/connect service and so far have only used it for a couple months. Venting a little because I have no way to reach any kind of product support. Any tips for reviving the dead doorbell?

Finally got a hold of support and was able to start a warranty exchange. We'll see how it goes.
