Doorbell. Camera is not charging had it charging for three days

Doorbell camera is not working been charging it since Monday and it’s still not charging I would like to know can I turn it in can someone send me a new one?

By the way, did you dismount your camera before plugging it in to charge it, and is the charging cord plugged in securely with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera?
