Doorbell- Cannot add device

I have recently upgraded my phone and since then i cannot add device to the app, i have tried all your troubleshooting and none of this has worked, worked perfectly fine on my old phone?

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • What model of Nest Doorbell do you have?
  • Are you using the Google Home app or Nest app?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Did you get any error message?
  • What's the status LED light of your Nest Doorbell?
  • How far is the Nest Doorbell from the router?
  • Has the Doorbell ever successfully connected to this network?

 

In the meantime, let's check a few things:
