Doorbell Chime Options

Where are the door bell chime options? They were there before and now they aren't. I went to pick the Halloween sound and I can't even find the doorbell chime selection AT ALL. I am so confused because I know I've used it in the past for several holidays.

First, the doorbell themes option is only available during holidays. Second, if you have the Google Nest Hello Doorbell (the older wired doorbell), it seems that Google Nest is not making holiday doorbell themes available for the Nest Hello but only for the new Google Nest Doorbell (Battery), although they have acknowledged that.  When asked in other posts why the holiday themes are not available for Nest Hellos, they have seemingly pretended to not understand the question and told us to look for the Doorbell Themes option (which is actually absent) in the Google Nest app.
