Doorbell Mount Button Stuck

The security mount button / pin on the back of the Doorbell is stuck and pushed in. I can't mount the bracket and the device won't turn on. I've tried a little silicon lube on it but that doesn't help. Any advice?

I am having this issue as well! I haven’t been able to find any solutions.

I still have not gotten a reply from anyone.

Same, whenever I try the “contact us” and go through the steps; I get an error message before the very last step, so I can’t even contact anyone.
