So I think I did a hard reset - the results on one was a pulsing blue light the other a solid green light. Does anybody know if that is an indicator of incomplete reset or what???

My doorbell just has a light blue circling light ....

Help - Please only be in town once every 2 or 3 months.

Thanks in advance

I can't tell exactly which camera and doorbell you have, but the link below is to Google Nest Help's page on factory resets for various cameras and doorbells:

Google Nest doesn't make it easy to change the SSID (network name) and password if you change your WiFi router. The easiest way to cope is to configure your new WiFi router/modem to use the same SSID (network name) and password as your old router/modem. If you are able to do this, you don't have to update your cameras or doorbells.

Google Nest Help's instructions for changing your camera or doorbell's WiFi settings are below.
