Doorbell (battery) has stopped charging

Hi,

 

Hope you can help my doorbell has stopped charging. It's not the cable as I've tried multiple cables which are charging my other Google devices. Not sure what is causing this problem. Help!

Thanks for reaching out. A couple question to help further troubleshoot. How long have you had your Nest Doorbell? When was the last time the charging was working?
