Doorbell (battery) not connecting

the doorbell was working fine on my old wifi. I got new wifi and now it will not connect. I factory reset it. I deleted it from my google home account and if I try and pair it with the QR code is “ accessory unable to pair to home” then when I try to pair it with the code it says “connecting to joining devices” then fails the connect everytime. I don’t know what else to do

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how was the reset done? Do you see any error codes? What is the light status of your Nest Doorbell?
