Doorbell battery

Hello,

I purchased a Nest Doorbell (battery) that is wired with the Ninety7 Indoor Power Adapter for Nest Doorbell (battery). The doorbell was working perfectly fine for many days up until about a day ago.  When I click on the camera button it says

"Live video unavailable: The camera may be unreachable or saving battery."

I have tried the following with no luck.

1.) Turning the camera off and back on from the Google Home app

2.) Removing the camera from the mount and restarting the camera

3.) Removing the camera from the Google Home app, factory resetting the camera and joining it back to the Google Home app.

 

The camera battery settings says “plugged in” so I know it’s getting power from the Ninety7 Indoor Power Adapter but the camera live feed will not launch.

Hey there,


Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
