Doorbell camera showing Black lines and not good video

I just purchased the google nest doorbell battery today from Best Buy, and once set up the screen has black lines on the video and the video quality is not great. I cleaned the lens and restarted it but it has been doing this since out of the box but my other camera works fine.

Before we continue, I need some information from you, just to provide you with more accurate troubleshooting steps:

  • Could you please share a photo with us of the front part of your device, specifically the doorbell lens?
  • Could you please take a screenshot and send it to us of what you can see on the doorbell view?

If you don't know how to add a photo here, you can share a drive link with the photos there. You only need to edit the link to be public, and then I can have access to the files.
