I purchase a google doorbell earlier this year and when i go to the settings, it states the chime will not work on battery power.
What do i need to do in order for the sound to work so i can hear the doorbell from upstairs if im not near my phone to see the doorbell notifications.

The Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) has to be wired to your doorbell wires and doorbell chime and transformer in order to ring an existing doorbell chime. If it is NOT wired (or even if it is), you can purchase Nest Minis ($49 US) and/or Nest Hubs ($99 US) and turn on "Visitor announcements" on your doorbell to get a chime and an announcement on all your speakers when the doorbell is pushed.
