I see there have been a few comments regarding doorbells not staying in the cradle, has anyone in Australia had success in having their doorbell replaced under warranty?
I have contacted support via the chat and they have advised I return it to the place of purchase, Good Guys have advised that it is a known problem and have told me to contact Google direct.
I feel like I am going around in circles!
The doorbell lens has now smashed as someone rang the doorbell and it fell out of the cradle.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Look in the box on the leaflet you'll find a number for aus/nz google support. Good luck but i wouldn't hold my breath.... However google do replace them if they're stolen and you make a police report
