Hi there,
I can imagine this has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. We have sent out some updates very recently that came with many updates. Have you had a chance to update your apps? Please let me know if you're still experiencing this or not.
Best regards,
Brad

I'd recommend that you restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. If a simple restart doesn't do the trick, follow that with a factory reset.
Best regards,
Brad
