How to get a notification when camera manually turned off

I want to receive a notice when the camera is manually turned off (told to stop monitoring/recording).  How do I do that?

@Greeble

The only one of our cameras that does this is the one on the Nest Hub Max when we turn it on and off from the Hub's screen.

Is it possible to get this feature added?  We have 3 users on our system.  If one person turns it off, we want a notification so we know to turn it back on if that person forgets to do so. It's not really a security camera if you don't get alerted when it's turned off.

Alternatively, is there any way to separate people with access into users, who can only view the camera and its history, and admins, who can adjust settings and turn the cameras on and off?

@Greeble

I'm just another Google Nest customer.

Google Nest will probably ask you to submit your suggestions as feedback, either on a Nest Hub by going to Settings | Device information | Send feedback or in the Google Home app by selecting your device, then Settings | More (the 3 dots) | Feedback.  I don't know what happens to that feedback.
