Hi all.. I've moved houses and the old mount is not able to be retrieved and only now have the doorbell and charger.. where can I get a new Google approved doorbell mount and key to dismount?

Seriously some of the worst service I've ever experienced - 2 weeks I've been banging around looking for anyone to help and some one to speak to- no telephone number for AUS, no callbacks, no response - so disappointed
