After installing a new WiFi modem and router, our Nest doorbell cam went off line. (so too did our indoor desk displays and speakers for that matter). I cannot get it connected to the new WiFi. I followed instructions to remove it from the Nest App, but when trying to reconnect I got a message saying there were still some settings that needed to be erased. Instructed to push the doorbell button and the pin hole button and hold until the countdown finished, I did so but nothing happened. Now I am stuck!

If you can, you need to set up your new WiFi modem/router with the exact same SSID and password that you had before (on the one you replaced). That way, everything reconnects just fine, and there is nothing to do.
