We have our Nest battery doorbell now for about 2 years.
In the beginning all worked fine, our doorbell is fully wireless and has been installed with both our phones (IOS).
When the doorbell was pressed we would get a notification on our phones and through our 2 google speakers we receive a notification that there is someone at the door.
Since about a year now the second part has been failing and we are not getting any more audio notifications. When pressing the button the person pressing normally also hears a short should but this has disappeared as well.
We do still get notifications but that is because the camera detects a person and gives that notification but not from pushing the button.
The chance to get the button to work is less than 5% so mostly never works.
Is the button broken or is there any other fix? It is only 2 years old and all else works well with long battery life so it's a petty we have this problem.
Hoping someone can help

Hi StevenDK,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Try restarting your devices (mobile phone, Nest Doorbell, Nest speakers and Wi-Fi router). You may also try turning off and on the visitor announcements and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Emerson
