Doorbell theme no longer available

I purchased a Nest Doorbell (wired) last year and one of the reasons was the fact that I could change the doorbell sound.  My children really like that and it is fun to be able to have the option to change the doorbell sound.  I was hoping with time that Google would provide more sound options, not just for the holidays but also other styles of chimes.  Instead they did the opposite.  

Google has removed the option to change the doorbell theme and from what I understand, decides when it should be available or not.

Question:  How do I return this product?  This is not what I purchased.

We just installed several NEST cameras to include the Wired Doorbell and didn't know there was a doorbell theme option. It would be a good option to continue and allow the user to select what theme to use and when it should be there.

I have been trying to find the doorbell chime options and the themes on my app. Everywhere I look it says it should be there, but those titles are non-existing on the app. Is this why?? they are no longer offering any options to the doorbell chime, and/or themes? I read an article that said there was an Octoberfest theme, and new holiday options in 2022.

Themes are a seasonal option at this time depending on the season, holiday, etc. you can learn more about upcoming themes here.

Thanks for the reply.  
But that is the point. 

Microsoft doesn't decide what screensaver or desktop color I have on my laptop.  Apple doesn't decide what ringtone I should have on my phone.   Samsung doesn't change it either.

So why does Google think that it is OK to decide when and what ringer I should have on my doorbell?
That is the question.  You haven't really answer that question.

I should be able to put whatever doorbell chime on MY DOORBELL.
