It’s a google nest doorbell wired and I tried the factory reset
press the reset and button for 10 seconds at the same time etc. except all it is doing is blinking green above the camera. I unplugged it, re wired to make sure no loose connection and nothing. What’s the next step after the attempt to factory reset

The same thing happened to me. Unfortunately, after a year of troubleshooting, Google concluded that the problem was a hardware issue and needed to replace my doorbell. I bought the doorbell brand new in 2019, and sadly it only lasted two years. I recently purchased a new Nest doorbell and have no issues thus far.

Hey Brad. This is the same post that's on every other Nest doorbell won't reset thread. It doesn't address or answer the problem. I have tried a soft reset and a factory reset and it still just shows a blinking green light at thetop and the doorbell doesn't work. Is this a hardware problem? And before you tell me you understand how frustrating this must be, I've read that thread. Give me an answer/solution.
