I'm re installing my battery doorbell, I get the the end of set up and the "download update" won't load ,just remains at 0%
I've re set it using mobile hotspot and it sets up OK then tried to change wi fi to home and same problem
Also tried factory reset, looked and tried every option I could find on line
I have a call to google help sitting without a response for 72 hours
Very frustrating
Seems to have updated overnight??
Now working OK

Started working this morning stil an issue with it showing its unmounted which I can hopefully correct

Finally reset after numerous attempts
Contacted my ISP and they assisted me change router to 2.4 & 5 gh options
During set up chose the 2.4gh and this seemed to solved the issue
