Download stuck at 0%

Download for new doorbell set up says downloading but stays at 0%….dont want to set up a new home. What else can be done?

If you are within the return window, I would 1000% return it.  Did you know the 2-way voice on the doorbells doesn't work?  yeah, @User123456 has known about it for a year but hasn't fixed it.  I would look for a better product.
