Dual Chimes - No Sound

I just finished installing the Nest Hello.  The house has two chimes.  One on the main floor and the other is upstairs.  I installed the connector on the main floor.  Video and sound work great.  However, the chimes don't work.  I assume that it may be because the 2nd chime doesn't have a connector.  Is there a way to make it work with a dual chime?  Other suggestions?
