Is it possible to eliminate unnecessary notifications when cam detects a family member?

This would be a great feature worth paying for! +1

Indeed. I walk past our Nest doorbell cam multiple times a day as I do yard chores and retrieve tools from storage. I’m tired of receiving alerts about myself.

Bad bot.

It's a feature request, obviously it hasn't been implemented yet.

How can there be any "trouble shooting".

Definitely not a bot. I am a breathing, living, being. But I can still submit this feedback for you as this would be a Feature Request. Thank you for your patience and I will submit your feedback.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Judging from the lack of responses, it appears that it is impossible to omit a home’s occupants from triggering notifications.

Sorry for the delay in responses, but I can submit feedback for you as well. At this time, this is not an option. As Familiar Faces is a learning system, it will get to the point where it recognizes you and will not send you notifications, but you can also change notifications right now.

Best Regards,

Brad.

So the feature DOES exist? The caveat is that the AI needs time to realize it is notifying the person it is viewing?

When will this be implemented?
