The gmail account connected to the camera has been deleted and I cannot access the account. This can't possibly mean my camera is useless.

Thanks for this tip. Unfortunately I could not recover my Gmail account. However nest support his chat was super helpful and got me sorted and up and running.

I could not recover the Gmail account with these instructions. However, nest chat support was extremely helpful in migrating my camera to my new email and getting me up and running.
