Event history and notifications

I installed and setup but I’m not getting any events in history or any notifications.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear you're not getting events nor notifications from your camera after installing it. I'm happy to help.

In order to determine the reason why this is happening, please provide the information requested below:

  • What is the brand and model of your camera?
  • If you have a Nest camera, please let me know the color of the LED on the camera and whether you have an active Nest Aware subscription.

In the meantime, I recommend visiting the article Camera and doorbell alerts in case you have a Nest camera.
