Our doorbell shows no events recorded for today although there was activity. Our subscription is good, the doorbell function works and rings on our nest hub, and the live function works. Using the troubleshooter says "We couldn't find any Wi-Fi data from your camera. If you recently installed it, wait a couple of hours then try this troubleshooter again" which isnt much help considering it's connecting to everything else on wifi. I reset the camera using a pin with no change. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that your Nest doorbell isn't showing any event history, even though there was activity in the past days and your Nest Aware subscription is active. I also understand that other features for the Nest doorbell work perfectly, but you're receiving an error message stating: "We couldn't find any Wi-Fi data from your camera."
