Google doorbell battery

I really do not like that you can't get an actual person to assist you. I got new internet had to factory reset the doorbell and now there is supposedly a blue light that is supposed to blink to reinstall. I have pushed the reset button for longer than a minute and nothing works. Is it possible to get in touch with a human?

But when you factory reset , it's a solid white light, not blue
