False sightings of people

My best cameras work extremely well.

However, one sends me alerts of people spotted when there is no one there.

In another string, "Brad" asked:  "With those updates I believe you should be up to date on the firmware. Are any of you using an Samsung cell phone?"

As a matter of fact, I am -- I have a Samsung phone and tablet.  An incites as to what the issue may be?

I see some false sightings.  It appears that for whatever reason my camera mistakes our grill for a person -- possibly because the wind blows the cover around.  I have adjusted the camera for a tighter zone.  I also use Samsung devices.

Any thoughts?

Hello again,

Samsung phones are a struggle-bus with a lot of our cams unfortunately. When it comes to false sightings though, look into your settings and adjust them accordingly. You can also set up Activity Zones so you can manage specific areas, and keep other problem/false alerts with a specific area or item in the cameras view, from sending you alerts. Try to restart your cams as well.

Best regards,

Brad.
