Familiar face detection keeps misreading son's face

Hello, Just installed quite a few nest products. I am having a bit of an issue with familiar face detection. I registered one son's face and now it keeps thinking my other son (about 5 years apart, and look like brothers but far from identical. I've tried on various cams and doorbells nomluck. Is there anyway to force pictures of between one son and another so it can better learn? At this point I can't add my second son as it keeps assigning his image to my other one.

Yeah it finally was able to tell the difference. Oddly it took it spotting him in night mode as a different person. It would be nice if there was a feature you could click a picture and check an option saying it's the wrong person and identifying who they are (kind of like the option that you can say 2 different people that were identified are the same person.)

I 100% agree with you! I wish this was also an option for my indoor cams as well. Thank you so much for bringing this up to my attention! I like that idea, and I could see how it could be helpful. I will go ahead and submit this feedback forward for you. Thank you for all of your patience.

Please let me know if you need further assistance on this issue.

Best Regards,

Brad.
