Please tell me how to make the accuracy of the familiar face detection better. My cameras are telling me that my friend, my stepdaughter, and other visitors are me. This is really annoying! Sometimes it tells me that I am my stepdaughter! We are not even related. This makes me very concerned when I hear that in places such as China cameras very similar to this are being used to identify people constantly. Is everyone's Nest doorbell and Nest Cam this bad at facial detection? I am about to just turn it off.

Hey kbb1554,
I'm sorry to hear that. These algorithms learn and improve over time. If your camera identified someone incorrectly, you should delete incorrect snapshots in the face library as soon as possible. This will reduce the chance of that person being misidentified again.
Thanks,
Archie

Hi Archie,
Sorry, the snapshots don't appear in the familiar face to remove. I have removed all wrong faces but it still keeps misidentifying people. I already knew how to do what you told me here.
