Flood light app not showing in home app

I purchased two google floodlights.

The first day I was able to see a flood light and camera control for both cameras within the app.

The next day one of the floodlights within the app was “not responding”. 

I even removed it from the phone to re-add it. But nothing seems to get it back on the home app. I even reset it as recommended.

Although the floodlights work I can’t seem to change the settings anymore because I can’t add it again.

Seems like there's a few threads about this but they are all locked with no resolution

Have you tried to Factory Reset the Cam? I feel like that may work out for you, even with it being sort of a last step to take. Especially if the restarts aren't working, I would suggest a Factory Reset. Please let me know if that works or not.
