Floodlight Set-up with 6 digit code and Last 4 of SN

BriMahoney

So we just moved houses and I'm trying to install my floodlight. We no longer have the QR but I've been trying to use the 6 digit code and get nowhere.... I reset the camera to now have a pulsing blue light and nothing through either the nest app or the Home app will connect. The farthest I've gotten is the nest app asking to choose the last 4 of the serial number of the camera and that it could take a minute. After 20, I give up. Any thoughts or something I'm missing? Please help!

Thanks

Brianna

The new Google Nest floodlight camera can only be set up in the Google Home app.

When changing Wi-Fi networks and reinstalling the camera, it is preferable to FIRST remove your camera from the Google Home app while on your old Wi-Fi network. Then you need to do a factory reset; this means pressing the reset button for at least 12 seconds. See the 2nd set of instructions ("factory reset" rather than "restart") here:
