Hello I have a battery error and it’s no longer working. How do I rectify this issue? I didn’t know there was a battery. Thanks in advance

The floodlight fixture actually uses the Google Nest Battery Camera, which we've had for over 3 years, plugged in with the optional power cable.

One possibility to check is whether you have a good connection where the power cable plugs into the base of the camera. Another thing to check is whether--if your floodlight camera is on a circuit with a switch--that you have that switch turned on at all times. If you have a good connection and have continuous power all the time, your camera should be running on household current and the battery SHOULD not deplete. Our camera has been "Live" and online since Sept. 2021 and the battery has never depleted.

If that doesn't help, you could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
