Floodlight missing wall mount for AU

Hi, I just bought the Floodlight in Australia and its missing parts. The google store (AU) on the main picture has a wall mount (large white disc couple of inches bigger than main camera body) around the camera that you fix to the wall that didn't come in the box. You can even clearly see it in the product page for the guy on a ladder installing it over a garage.

Even watching the install video  released by google 2 weeks ago talks about it at the 8 minute mark.

The supplied attach point for the one I have doesn't allow for through wall installations which is ridiculous. Google support on phone has been dodging resolving this issue after 4 phone calls.

I've just experienced the same thing when buying the Nest Floodlight in New Zealand: no mounting bracket in the box. Anyone at Google have any ideas about this?

  • I can definitely see that they are supposed to come with the wall mount according to the AU Google Store. Please reach out to AU Google Support for further assistance.

Brad this is next level in frustration. I have been waiting over 3 weeks to have this resolved and keep getting the run around. Can you please PM me who I need to speak to or PM me so I can give you my Reference support numbers
