Floodlight not showing in Google Home app

I have a number of Nest Camera + Floodlights. A while ago one of the cameras was faulty (the battery empty issue despite being plugged in) so Google arranged for a replacement camera to be sent. I can install this camera fine, but the floodlights it is attached to now won’t show on the app. This is despite choosing Camera with Floodlights during installation and the floodlights coming on and off several times during installation.

Have tried multiple times, removed from account, hard reset etc. never shows floodlights. Only impacts this camera. All others are fine.

It’s like it knows that camera was not delivered with a floodlight, so even though I choose Camera with Floodlight, it won’t add the floodlights. 

The floodlight works OK with the sensor, I just can’t control it with the Google Home App. It just shows that camera as just a camera.

Anyone know how I can manually add the floodlight perhaps?
