Floodlight not showing on settings for Nest Cam w floodlight

Hello

I recently purchased and installed two Nest Cams with Floodlights this week.  Identical model

When I added both to google home, one of the units does not show the Floodlight option in Device Features (in settings), and it also doesn't show as a light in Google Home. The other unit works fine and shows the floodlight settings and is operable as a light.

I removed and re-added the camera to google home, but it still doesn't show the Floodlight. I've tried three different iOS devices, and they all have the same issue. Thoughts to resolve this?

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand that one of your Nest floodlights does not appear in the Google Home app to control the light. I appreciate the steps that you followed. I'm happy to help you! 

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

• Are they the new brand Nest Cam with Floodlights?
• Just to confirm, in the set-up process, did you select Nest Cam with Floodlight?  
• Does the camera work?
  • If so, do you see the live feed? and is there any led light in the camera?
