Floodlights not working but camera is

I have 4 of these, all 4 with the same issue. These were installed months ago, no problems, worked perfectly until recently. Now, all 4 cameras still work, but none of the floodlights come on (under ANY setting). It’s like they just don’t work anymore. What are the chances that all 4 need to be reset at the same time so soon after install? There must be something else going on here.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that the floodlights on your Nest Cams with Floodlight are not turning on under any settings. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Did you notice or experience any power outages recently?
  • Have you performed any reboots on the Nest Cameras with Floodlight since the problem started?
  • Did you receive any notifications from the Google Home app indicating the problem?
