Google Battery Doorbell Not Charging

Simes76

Good morning everyone

I have a Google Doorbell (Battery).  Recently the battery needed to be charged, I've removed and placed onto the charger I have always used to charge it and ...... nothing, no charging lights (or any lights) showing.

I removed it from the home app, but due to it being completely dead I can't add it back to the app.  I've tried soft and factory resets, but still nothing, any suggestions please, I bought this June 2022, so it's just out of the 12 mths 🤬🤬.

Any help or suggestions would be extremely helpful.

TIA
