Just installed the Cam to my outdoor patio and it shows its up and running only in Google Home and Not on Nest app? I have tried everything including setting it up multiple times. I have my other three cams and thermostats all working perfectly, why the heck cant this show on the app? is there a solution??

Hi Joe, I'm an end user like you. Sadly, Google Nest decided all the gen 2 cameras released in Sept of 2021 do not work with the NEST app (despite the fact that they have NEST in the name) and only work in the Google Home app.
Also, the new line does not work from the older your web browser home.nest.com. Google is in the process of replacing that website with Home.Google.com which at the moment has limited functionality.
If all of your cameras are in the same Google Nest "home/structure" and you use the same Google Account to log into both apps, your Nest Aware subscription will cover all of them.
