My two Google cameras were working just fine. Then we had to update our modem/router. We upgraded to a motorola mg8725 and now I get to the wifi connect prompt and it just won't connect. I've re-set, I've tried different spots, I've moved it around--I've done everyhting. Help!

I'm having the same issue. I can connect my Google Nest Doorbell (battery) to my phone's hotspot, but not on the brand new Motorola MG8725 modem router. I've tried everything I can find on the internet to troubleshoot this issue. I've factory reset the device, as well. Still no luck. I even went as far as buying a new nest doorbell and the same issue happened. Xfinity support says the issue is on my/Google's side and Google support says the product is working.
