Google Cameras For Desktops

Hi,

Ron likes being all in with Google

I'm Ron, been a pure Google guy all the way.  I had an Android but now am stuck with an iPhone.  My true wish is to have all things Google in my office, on my computer, a desktop, in my pocket as my Android was.  Alas, stuck with Apple for the phone anyhow.

Question:  How much might it cost to switch back, have everything Google except my PC of course all made by Microsoft.

If you can give even a vague answer to my awfully nebulous questyion, you will make me a happy man in The Connected Life.
