Google Doorbell + Home Mini + Sonos.

If you can tell the Home Mini to use Sonos as it's audio device, why does that exclude Visitor Announcements from the Google Doorbell? it's already forwarding the audio, seems like this is being restricted on purpose and for what possible reason other than to frustrate the end user!?

Yeah if it can be done, support told me it won't work.

I'm afraid I do not have an answer as to why this isn't allowed, but it must be a device specific issue, or it could be that sonos is just not a compatible device.

support didn't troubleshoot anything or ask which model Sonos i had, they just blanket said it cannot be done.

That's too bad. I'm sorry to hear that your device isn't compatible. As this issue cannot be addressed in full, I can send your feedback for it to become a compatible device forward, but I am going to go ahead and lock this thread as nothing more can be done.
