Hi there,

I understand and appreciate you gathering these info. Have you tried using a different browser like a Chrome or a Safari browser?

I would also recommend to test on a different computer to isolate.

Regards,

Steve

Hi there,

Thanks for the reply. What Nest Camera are you using? Also, what device are you using to view your live feed?

Regards,

Steve

Hi there,

Got it. Are these the Nest Cam (battery)? Also what website are you using to view them? A few questions:

  1. What is the make and model of your computer?
  2. What is the operating system of the computer?
  3. Are you using a work or personal computer?
  4. Is this happening to multiple computers?
  5. Is this happening on multiple browsers?

Here are some steps we can try:

  1. Verify the computer’s date & time are correct and set automatically.
  2. Make sure the computer is running the latest version of the web browser.
  3. Clear the browsing data.
  4. Quit the browser entirely and relaunch it.
  5. Restart the computer.
  6. Try an alternate compatible device or computer, if available.

Regards,

Steve

I’m really computer illiterate.

1. iMac desktop from mid 2010

2. MacOS High sierra

3. personal

4. Happening only on desktop

5. I’m not sure

I was using google chrome so I switched to safari and it seems to be working properly so far. I’ll let you know if something happens, but why would that happen on google chrome?
