Can anyone tell me why i have a popup saying "Live Caption is not available right now" and what I need to do to fix this.

I was using google chrome so I switched to safari and it seems to be working properly so far. I’ll let you know if something happens, but why would that happen on google chrome?

I’m really computer illiterate.1. iMac desktop from mid 20102. MacOS High sierra3. personal 4. Happening only on desktop 5. I’m not sure

Im not sure of model but they are indoor cameras and I’m using a desktop Mac computer to view.
