๐คA o of Aug 30 after Apple IOS update 8/29 all my door bell history is non-existent๐ณ๐ฉ!!๐ก ๐ค๐คฏ. I can't access any of my past video history which sucks because I have a package according to vendor & Fed-Ex that was delivered but I never got went missing or was stolen off my porch. When I try to view history it only gives history for 2days all past history is gone or show no events ๐ค! Also after update I can no longer use google meet ( won't connect โฃ๏ธ)! I can't directly contact Google so how do I fix the issue ?? So frustrated cause I need contents of pkg replace ASAP. Already contact vendor &Fed-Rx bit it would be in my favor if I could show video of their taking pkg (big box). Desperate for Help

It seems pretty odd that the recent iOS 18.6.2 update could cause the symptoms you're having. I can't tell which doorbell you actually have, since the 2nd gen doorbell only works in the Google Home app and not the Google Nest app.
But you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
