My Google Floodlight doesn't appear in my home.nest.com webpage.  I can access my doorbell just fine... but cannot access my floodlight on the webpage.

Can someone help?

You have discovered what we discovered when we bought a Google Nest Camera (Battery) in Sept. 2021. Many other Google Nest customers have also discovered that the new Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in 2021 work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT--astonishingly--in the Google Nest app OR on the home.nest.com web page, and while our older Google Nest cameras and doorbells can be viewed in the Google Home app, notifications and administration occurs only in the Google Nest app.

So we are all stuck with having to use 2 apps to use our Google Nest cameras and doorbells.

On Sept. 29, 2021, Google Nest's Vice President and General Manager posted this explanation for this 2-app approach--along with customer reactions:

Hey folks,

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.

However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support.

Best Regards,

Brad
