I have a Nest doorbell (wired), a Nest Cam IQ (outside), a Google Hub that I updated about two months ago. I control both Nest products through my mobile phone (Android) and have just changed my internet hub to fibre, which should give me a much better connection than previously.
I have updated the Wi-fi password on both Nest products, Google Hub and my mobile phone. All items were working well for a few hours but suddenly and for no obvious reason, Google Hub now states that the doorbell camera is off. However, it is not because I can still see it on my mobile phone. I have tried putting the new Wi-Fi password in again and unplugging the Google Hub but to no avail. Can anyone help please?
