Google Nest Camera switching wifi networks

Hi.  I am trying to reconnect our Google Nest Cameras after switching WiFi providers, so my network has changed.  In one of the many help topics I read it said to delete the cameras, so they are no longer there.  I am confused about whether to add them to Google Nest or Google Home (please let me know that - I have tried both, and neither seem to work).  In any case, I get through the step of adding the six digit setup code, but it looks like the last 4 digits of the serial number is supposed to poplulate and this is NOT happening.  I have tried the factory reset as well.  Any help would be appreciated.

The last 4 digits of the serial number can fail to populate if you are using the wrong app to install the camera. See this Help topic on which app to use:
